Frequently asked questions
Do I need to give an email to order?
No. You get a 32-character random order ID at checkout — keep it to manage your server. An email is optional (a disposable one works) and is never required to buy or use the service.
Which cryptocurrencies can I pay with?
Monero (XMR) — our primary, recommended coin — plus Bitcoin, Lightning, USDT (TRC-20) and Litecoin. Payments are processed by OxaPay, a payment processor. Self-hosted BTCPay with native Monero — removing the intermediary — is on our roadmap.
Is anonymous, no-KYC hosting legal?
Buying a server without identifying yourself is lawful in most jurisdictions; what you run on it must follow our published Acceptable Use Policy. We are a privacy host with a real AUP and an abuse desk — not a bulletproof host.
How is this different from a “bulletproof” host?
We publish an AUP, answer abuse reports within 24–48 hours, and cooperate with legitimate legal process without ever exposing customer data beyond what the law compels. Privacy for lawful users, not immunity for abuse.
